Warm, aromatic, and perfect for the grill – it captures the true spirit of tandoor cooking in every bite.
HOW TO USE: Add a dash of water and mix into a paste. Marinate up to 1kg of meat, chicken, or fish. Cook and serve!
Baste both sides for additional flavour whilst cooking.
Mix with Greek yoghurt, freshly grated ginger and garlic and marinate for few hours before BBQ’ing. Add some fresh green chillis to garnish.
Or; stir into your curry or pakora mix.
